Planning

Before the shoot we confirm your team size, office location and preferred portrait style. Headshots can be photographed in a natural workplace setting or against a clean studio backdrop, depending on what best suits your organisation.

On-Site Setup

On the day of the shoot we arrive early to set up our portable lighting and equipment. Our mobile studio allows us to photograph professional headshots on location at your office with minimal space required.

Photographing the Team

Each team member is photographed individually with simple direction to help them feel comfortable in front of the camera. The process is efficient and organised so staff can return to work with minimal interruption.

Delivery

After the shoot, images are professionally edited and delivered ready for use on company websites, LinkedIn profiles and marketing materials.
